After a long and hectic week at the office, Varun decided it was time to have some fun in the office. Last Friday, he came up with a brilliant plan – a game of Tambola. The idea was met with enthusiasm, as our busy schedules often left little room for recreational activities.
As the clock counted down to our much-anticipated office Tambola game, you could really feel the excitement in the air. People hurried to grab seats, clutching pens like they were important tools for a big competition. It felt like we were all getting ready for a fun and exciting game of luck and strategy.
Varun asked if anyone wanted to be the person who calls out the numbers and keeps track of them, but guess what? Nobody wanted that job; everyone wanted to play the game themselves. So, Varun decided to be the one who called out the numbers and started the game by explaining how to play.
The first number was called, and the room filled with cheers, sighs, and nervous laughter. With each new number announced, the excitement grew even more. It was amazing how something as simple as Tambola could bring out the competitive spirit in us all. The best part of the game was watching everyone eagerly raise their hands to say they had a winning row or a full house. The happiness on their faces when they won was contagious.
In the first round, the winners were Vivek, Himanshu, Ankit, and Vinay. The second round had different winners: Shivani, Shubham, Vivek (again!), Mukesh, and Varun.
Two hours passed quickly as we played the game, laughed, and had fun together. It wasn’t just a game; it was a chance for us to relax and bond by sharing laughter.
