Varun Rattan Singh is the CEO of Development Logics (DL), where he leads initiatives to address developmental challenges through innovative IT and management solutions. With a background in Rural Management from the Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA), Varun is a passionate tech evangelist and a recognized TEDx speaker. He is also a Global Shaper and Professional Fellow, actively contributing in social initiatives.

Shilpa Jain

Co-Founder

Shilpa Jain is an accomplished entrepreneur with a B.Com (Hons) from Delhi University and an MBA from Birla Institute of Management & Technology (BIMTECH). She is a VV Grow 2018 Fellow, Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women alumna, and a WomenLead India Fellow. Shilpa also contributes to academia as a guest faculty member at NIFT and has participated in the IIMB NSRCEL program, showcasing her commitment to empowering women in business.

With an M.B.A. from IIM Ahmedabad, he specializes in CRM, billing structures, and asset management. Aditya has held key roles at Apttus and Tata Consultancy Services, where he refined his ability to deliver innovative technology solutions.
