We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager. As the Business Development Manager, you will lead growth efforts across our service verticals (digital marketing, software/web development, BPO) and product vertical (Nablle). You will craft and execute go-to-market strategy, drive new business opportunities in domestic & international markets, build & manage key client relationships, and lead a small sales team.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute business development strategy for services (digital marketing, software/web dev, BPO) and the Nablle SaaS product.
- Identify new markets, verticals, geographies (India, USA, Europe) and partnership models for growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with agency partners, enterprises, NGOs, startups for long-term engagements.
- Collaborate with marketing, delivery and product teams to create compelling proposals, solution packages, pricing models, and sales decks.
- Manage the sales pipeline end‐to‐end: prospecting, qualification, negotiation, closure, onboarding.
- Mentor & support junior business development professionals/executives; set targets, monitor performance.
- Use analytics and CRM to track KPIs, generate regular business reports, forecast revenue and adjust strategy as needed.
- Represent the company at conferences, industry events, webinars, networking forums.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of business development experience in digital agency, software development, IT services or SaaS product firms.
- Demonstrable track record of selling software/web development services and digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of web technologies, SaaS business models, digital advertising.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication and client-management skills.
- Ready to travel extensively locally and out of town
