We are searching for an enthusiastic telecaller to boost sales by reaching out to current and possible clients. Preferences will be given to candidates who are based in Dharamshala and have prior experience in telesales at a call center will be considered for a higher salary.
Requirements
- Minimum 12th Passed or Graduate
- Prior experience as a telecaller or similar
- Excellent communication skills ( Hindi without mother tongue influence. )
- Computer literate
Responsibilities
- Contacting potential customers and explaining the product and services offered by the company
- Answering questions about products or the company
- Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Other Information
- Reporting to: Manager
- Remuneration: Rs 10,000 – Rs 20,000 per month plus Health and Accident Insurance
- Joining timeline: Immediate to 30 days.
- Location: Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh
