JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements:
- Work From Office in Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh
- At least 4-5 years of hands-on software development experience
- Couple of years of experience leading a team is required
- Knowledge of PHP/Javascript is a must. Knowledge of working with Laravel, Node and Flutter applications will be a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- Willingness to build professional relationships with staff and clients.
- Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and Manage Team:
- Lead a team of software engineers and developers.
- Guide and mentor junior developers.
- Delegate tasks and ensure team members achieve goals.
- Liaise with team members, management, and clients to ensure project success.
- Technical Guidance and Support:
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.
- Determine project requirements and work schedules.
- Analyze existing operations and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and developments.
- Project Management and Coordination:
- Work closely with product managers, architects, and stakeholders.
- Define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
- Identify risks and develop contingency plans.
- Update work schedules and perform troubleshooting as needed.
- Software Development:
- Actively participate in writing code, implementing features, and resolving technical challenges.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability.
- Balance coding responsibilities with leadership duties, allocating time effectively to meet project deadlines and goals.
- Process Improvement and Training:
- Develop and implement best practices, coding standards, and development processes.
- Schedule training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.
- Continuous Learning and Development:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technical challenges and propose solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, performance evaluations, and provide feedback to support team members’ professional development and growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
