We are looking for a Social Media Strategist to join our team in Dharamshala.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s (or equivalent) degree in marketing or a related field
- Have at least 2+ years of experience
- Ability to identify target audiences’ preferences and produce tailored content
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve marketing goals.
- Create and manage social media content calendars and schedules.
- Identify target audience segments and tailor content to engage with them effectively.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities.
- Analyze social media data and metrics to track performance and optimize strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and copywriting.
- Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets.
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Provide regular reports and insights on social media performance to stakeholders.
- Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities.
Other Information
- Reporting to: Project Manager
- Remuneration: Rs 15,000- Rs 20,000 per month plus Health and Accident Insurance
- Joining timeline: Immediate to 30 days.
