We are looking for an online bidder who will be responsible for managing the entire bid process using freelance platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer.com and ensuring a high level of excellence.
Requirements
- Having 3+ years of experience generating business on freelancing platforms
- Building business profile on these platforms
- Proposal writing for Web Development, Digital Marketing, SEO and Customer Support services
- Knowledge of drafting business proposals
- Business development process
- Business sales strategy
- Analyze marketing trends
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Hardworking, organized, efficient and creative work ethic
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to work in late evenings or night shifts
Responsibilities
- Generate business through online portals like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer etc.
- Find the right jobs and write proposals for them
- Analyze client requirements and provide appropriate bidding solutions
- Estimate the project price based on the requirements gathered
- Explore and develop new business opportunities and understand client’s requirements and acquisition
- Submitting a completed bid to an existing or prospective client, on time and within budget
- Bidding on Freelance, Fiverr, Upwork and other freelance portals on a daily basis to acquire projects and convert those projects into long-term sales

- Reporting to CEO
- Remuneration: Rs 25,000 – Rs 35,000/month plus Health and Accident Insurance
- Joining timeline: Immediate to 30 days.
- Location: Remote. Preferable if the candidate moves to Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh
