We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our IT services business globally. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in finding and securing Web Development, Digital Marketing and BPO projects, with excellent relationships in the US, UK, Ireland, Singapore, Australia and other English-speaking countries.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective strategies to pitch Web Development, Digital Marketing and BPO services to new prospects/clients through networking, referrals, presentations, cold calls, and email campaigns.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities within small to medium-sized Enterprises globally.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by using online marketing channels for client acquisition.
- Manage LinkedIn lead generation to drive business opportunities.
- Use email, phone, and web conferencing to close deals effectively.
- Prepare detailed proposal documents and commercial presentations.
- Focus on the US and other English-speaking markets.
- Work across time zones.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience with a proven track record in finding Web Development, Digital Marketing and BPO projects.
- Must have excellent relationships in the US and other English-speaking countries.
- Proficient in IT delivery models, pricing models, and technologies.
- High energy and enthusiasm, with a strong commitment to exceeding client expectations.
- Flexibility and openness to work on a variety of assignments, industries, and roles.
- Ability to learn quickly, make an immediate impact, and provide value-added service to our clients.
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
- An MBA is preferable; however, we encourage individuals with a proven track record and success stories in business development without formal degrees to apply, provided they possess clear business fundamentals.

Remuneration: ₹480,000.00 – ₹960,000.00 per year plus Health and Accident Insurance
