On June 22nd, 2022, Mr. Manoj Chugh visited the office and spoke to the staff about building careers in technology for young professionals in small towns like Dharamshala. He emphasized the value of time, communication skills, and staying motivated while acquiring new skills.
Mr. Chugh is a member of the Board of Directors at the Mahindra Group and the President of Public Policy. He has had a distinguished career in the IT sector, including serving as the President of EMC Corporation for India and SAARC, the Executive Vice President of NIIT Technologies, and the Managing Director of Perot Systems India.
Additionally, he has received several accolades for his contributions to the industry, including being recognized as the “IT Person of the Year” by Dataquest in 2004 and being inducted into the “Hall of Fame” by CIO magazine in 2009. During his visit, Mr. Chugh shared anecdotes from his long career to inspire and motivate the team.
